RTA Vehicle Inspection
MRG Auto Garage offers a pre-RTA vehicle inspection service that checks the condition of your vehicle or car or 4x4, identifies and rectify the defects that would assist you in the RTA inspection. We offer service to pick up the vehicle from your home, inspect it at the workshop to make sure the vehicle defects are rectified, take the car to the RTA for passing and helps to do the registration via online or RTA apps. The Inspection Includes:
- Vehicle Identification Check includes registration plate check and chassis number verification
- Exhaust Emissions Check
- Braking System Check, which includes Service Brake Mechanical condition and operation. This also includes the Parking brake performance and efficiency
- Steering and steering wheel check which include Mechanical Condition, Steering Play, Steering system attachment and coupling
- Visibility Check, which includes Field of vision, condition of glass, Rear‐view mirrors, Windscreen wipers, Screen washers
- Lighting equipment Check which includes checking the main and dipped‐beam headlamps, condition and operation, condition of lenses, colour and visual efficiency

- Another equipment checking, which includes checking the Mounting of driver's seat, Mounting of battery, Audible warning device, Warning triangle, Safety belts etc
Vehicle Testing Centers in Dubai
New car or 4x4 vehicles are exempted from three years of annual vehicle inspections if you are the car's first owner. Vehicle testing details will be received from the RTA websites or call centres.
Documents required for Registration Renewal
- Pass certificate from the RTA certified testing centres.
- UAE nationals, or GCC nationals, or Residency in UAE.
- Vehicle Insurance.
